Working hours are calculated in 30-minute increments (the price is valid for each half hour of work started).
Diagnostics
The diagnostic fee is applied if the customer calls for a device malfunction, but does not want the device repaired immediately after identifying the faults.
If the diagnostics are immediately followed by an order for a repair service, then there is no separate fee for the diagnostics. The total cost of the work includes the current price list for the work and the price of the installed spare parts.
If the customer wants to identify faults for more than one device, the cost of the work is calculated based on the current price list and the required assembly materials.
The diagnostic fee does not include refrigerants, components and spare parts!
NB! In paid parking areas where the customer is unable to offer us free parking, we will add the amount spent on parking to the invoice.
All prices are subject to VAT.
We reserve the right to make changes to the price list and offer special prices in special cases.
The prices listed are for services provided by one caretaker.
