The recessed warming cabinet is for short-term storage/display of food at temperatures from +30Ā°C to +90Ā°C.
Two mechanical thermostats: the temperatures of the warming cabinet and the warming cabinet are separately adjustable.
Adjustable height legs (+/- 10mm).
The warming cabinet is equipped with a water level sensor to protect the heating element.
The warming cabinet can accommodate 2x (GN 1/1 200) GN containers.
The warming cabinet has a drainage drain.
One cabinet has 8 pairs of rails for GN containers (GN1/1 50) or one shelf with adjustable height (please specify when ordering).
