WARRANTY TERMS
Restomaster OÜ provides a warranty for the equipment sold, covering defects in construction, manufacturing, and materials.
Warranty Period
- For new equipment: 1 year from the date of handover.
- For used equipment: 3 months from the date of handover.
- Applies only to the first buyer/user.
- Proof of warranty validity is required for warranty service.
The Warranty Covers
- Repair of manufacturing and material defects by an authorized service company.
- Replaced parts become the property of the seller and must be returned.
Carrying Out Warranty Work
- Stationary equipment will be repaired on-site (Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30).
- Movable equipment must be delivered by the customer to the service center.
- Transport of large equipment must be agreed upon in advance.
- Access to the equipment must be ensured.
Warranty Limitations
- Does not apply in cases of improper use or installation.
- Does not cover property damage, personal injury, or loss of profit.
- Does not include maintenance or costs resulting from misuse.
- Does not cover damage from unauthorized service or external factors (e.g., power surges, moisture, incorrect installation).
Excluded Works and Accessories
- Cosmetic defects (scratches, etc.).
- Wear parts: seals, filters, plastic components, indicator lights.
- Adjustments, calibrations, cleaning, and user training on-site.
Equipment Connected to Water Systems
- General hardness: 0.5–5 mg-eq/l
- Pressure: 1.5–2.5 bar
- pH: above 7
- Chlorides: below 10 ppm
- A water softener must be installed if necessary.
In Case of a Fault
Please notify us immediately during the warranty period:
- Provide the equipment's make and model.
- Describe the fault and the circumstances in which it occurs.
Restomaster OÜ will determine whether the fault is covered under warranty and will provide instructions for repair.
