Terms of Purchase

1. GENERAL

1.1. The owner of the Restomaster online store (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store) is Restomaster OÜ (registration code [company registration code]), located at Lähtse tee 10, Paekna village, 75408 Harju County, Estonia.

1.2. These Terms govern the legal relationship between Restomaster OÜ (Seller) and the person making a purchase (Buyer) through the Web Store.

1.3. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from product sales through the Web Store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

1.4. The Seller may change the terms of use and product/service prices. Changes will be announced in the Web Store. Transactions are subject to the terms and prices valid at the time of the transaction.

1.5. Product selection, prices, and discounts may differ from the Seller’s physical store offers.

2. PRICE

2.1. Product information is displayed next to each product and includes 22% VAT applicable in Estonia.

2.2. Product prices are listed with each product. Delivery fees apply unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees depend on the Buyer’s location and selected method and are shown at checkout.

2.3. The Web Store reserves the right to cancel a transaction if a product's price is incorrectly listed significantly below the market price.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1. To order, add products to the shopping cart, fill in the required information, and select a suitable delivery method.

3.2. Products and quantities can be changed in the cart until payment is made.

3.3. The final price is shown at checkout, and payment can be made via bank link or other available payment methods.

3.4. The contract enters into force once payment is received in the Web Store's account.

3.5. The Seller sends an order confirmation to the Buyer's email. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.

3.6. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if the product is unavailable, notifying the Buyer and refunding all paid amounts (including delivery costs) within 14 days.

4. PAYMENT

4.1. All purchases made via the Web Store must be paid 100% in advance.

4.2. Payments can be made via Montonio bank links or based on an invoice.

4.3. Payment takes place securely outside the Web Store environment. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer's bank or card details.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Products are delivered within Estonia.

5.2. Products are delivered according to the method selected by the Buyer.

5.3. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer and are shown next to the selected delivery method.

5.4. Orders are dispatched on business days within 5 working days of order confirmation. In exceptional cases (e.g., custom orders), delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days by submitting a withdrawal form available here.

Email address
Address
Bank account details
Order date
Date of receipt
Product name
Product serial number
Invoice number
Reason for return

6.2. The withdrawal notice must be sent to info@restomaster.ee or to Lähtse tee 10, Paekna village, 75408 Harju County, Estonia within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods.

7. RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT

8.3. Data collected includes name, phone number, address, email, and bank details. Data is used solely for order processing and delivery. Data is forwarded to delivery service providers only for delivery purposes.

8.4. Personal data is protected and treated as confidential. Seller does not have access to the Buyer's sensitive bank or payment card information.

8.5. The Seller may send newsletters or surveys only with the Buyer's prior consent.

8.6. The Buyer has the right to submit complaints to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) if they believe their rights have been violated regarding personal data processing.
