Thanks to the beautifully finished housing and seamless inner rim, this professional bain marie is safe to work with. The drain tap makes it easy to empty the bain marie reservoir. The thermostat has a temperature range between 31 and 95ĀŗC. The indicator lights show when the water has reached the right temperature. The bain marie can be used with GN trays with a maximum height of 15cm. This kitchen appliance is supplied with 2 x 1/2 GN containers and lids (15cm).

Effortless cleaning

Not only is the bain marie very easy to use, it is also easy to clean. After use, switch off the bain marie and remove any GN trays. The GN containers can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Please note that the water in the reservoir may still be hot. Open the drain tap and let the water run out. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to clean the inside and outside of the bain marie. Dry with a soft cloth and the bain marie is ready for the next use.
