Description

Using a griddle in the kitchen gives extra flavour to dishes. It works at high temperatures so that meat and vegetables cook quickly. With drip tray and splashguard

This sturdy griddle can stand up to heavy use and features a smooth, double baking tray with 15mm tempered stainless steel with a satin finish. The grill plate is set into a watertight recess and, thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue is left behind after cleaning. It also has a 1,5 litre drip tray and a splashguard to prevent oil splashing. To adjust the temperature, use the safety thermostat for temperatures between 50 and 300ĀŗC. The grill also fits perfectly within a cooking line.

Made from stainless steel

This professional grill is made from heavy duty components. The stainless steel casing makes cleaning an easy job. Clean this durable construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Caked-on bits are easy to clean by heating the grill to 70ĀŗC and wiping it down. It is recommended that you wear gloves.
