The warming cabinet is designed to store food at temperatures from +30Ā°C to +90Ā°C.

The drawers open 110% so that GN containers can be conveniently placed in the drawers.
The drawer sliders have pull-back locking systems.
The drawer sliders can be quickly replaced if necessary.
The cabinet has 8 pairs of rails for GN containers (GN1/1 50).
