Indirect heating system

This boiling pan has a double wall, the inside of which is filled with water. As a result, it does not get heated directly at the bottom, but rather more evenly over the entire wall. As a result, the risk of burning is very low. This is known as an indirect heating system. This is perfect for preparing liquid foods, such as soups, sauces, broths and creams. Thanks to the additional insulating material that the boiling pan is made from, heat loss and energy consumption are reduced to a minimum. In addition, a safety thermostat also protects against a low water level so that dishes do not burn too quickly.
