This electric warming plate is designed to keep food warm, not for cooking. You can place all kinds of cookware directly on the warming surface, including pots, pans, serving dishes and GN containers. This makes it very versatile for catering, buffets and quick service moments. The temperature is adjustable from 65°C to 105°C in fixed 5°C steps. When the device is switched on, the LED display shows a default temperature of 85°C. You can quickly select the appropriate setting for different dishes using the touch keys.
