Are you looking to add that delicious grilled barbecue flavour to your dishes? With the weighty dimensions of W120 x D90cm and three cooking zones, this robust gas chargrill can handle almost anything. Thanks to the angled grooves on the grill plate, the fat drips off above the heat source and the smoke that comes from that gives you that authentic barbecue taste. The flames are shielded by a sloping bottom grill plate, which then drains the fat straight into the drip tray so it does not come into contact with the flames. There are also two top grill plates ("Iron Bar Grids") that are not included as standard, but can easily be ordered as an accessory.

Optimal safety

Under the sloping top grill is a cast iron grill plate. This ensures that the heat is evenly distributed and you can use the entire surface of the grill. The stainless steel splashguards protect against oil splashes. To get the perfect temperature, you can set the heat sources separately using the safety thermostat, with a range between 100 and 300Ā°C. There is also a safety valve with a thermocouple. This ensures that the throttle remains open as long as the sensor still detects heat. As soon as there is no flame, this will automatically close the throttle valve so that no gas can escape. The burner is also equipped with a pilot flame to make its use both safe and comfortable. You can use either LPG or natural gas for this grill. It is also suitable for placing in a cooking line and you can order a base to stand it on from our webshop. This comes either with or without a cupboard below.

Easy to clean

Due to the smart design, in combination with the choice of premium materials, this chargrill is easy to clean. The top is welded seamlessly so that no food residue sticks to it. Both the top grill and the bottom grill have been placed at an angle so that the grease drips off into the drip tray. The housing and the splashguard are made entirely from stainless steel. This creates a smooth surface that can be removed quickly and easily with a cloth. Remove any stubborn residue with a scraper and take a damp cloth with some warm water and a mild detergent to clean all parts thoroughly.
