That is why this professional bratt pan is equipped with a safety system in which the gas and heating are switched off whenever the lid is open. The safety thermostat helps ensure that overheating is prevented. The temperature can be set between 120 and 300Ā°C. To limit any loss of heat and to keep the energy consumption low, the bratt pan is equipped with thermal insulation. The bottom of the inner pan is made from 8mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion, which also ensures that the heat is evenly distributed.
