If you want to slice other items, we offer additional accessories like a Teflon-coated blade for slicing cheese and a serrated blade for cutting bread. Because not every type of meat is cut to the same thickness, you can easily adjust the cutting thickness with a user-friendly knob. Choose a thickness between 1 and 12mm. In every professional kitchen, safety is important. When using the slicer, you will see that your hands never come close to the blade. In addition, the motor is equipped with a built-in safety. Furthermore, the slicer comes with an attachment for sharpening. A sharp blade also increases safety.
