The reservoir has a capacity of 60 litres and is suitable for processing 39 to 55kg of meat or fish. After you have added your meat, you can add spices such as herbs, nuts or vegetables. To mix everything well, turn the handle until you have reached the right texture for your meat or filling. The meat mixer can turn in two directions. The tilting reservoir is very handy when you want to take the contents out and also offers a great advantage when cleaning. For a good grip on almost any surface, the meat mixer is equipped with four rubber feet.
