Various parts of this meat mincer are made from stainless steel, such as the housing, bowl, spiral and screw ring. The knives and plates are made from hardened steel. The following accessories are supplied as standard with this meat mincer: a 2cm sausage stuffer, a stopper, two cross blades and two plates with holes of 6 and 8mm each. The meat mincer can also grind in two directions: both backward and forward. The mincer is very easy to operate. Simply attach the required disc and then turn on the device. Using the stopper provided, push the meat towards the blades. When the meat has been ground, you can collect it all in a container or bowl.
