Description

With drip tray and splashguard

This robust griddle can stand up to heavy use and features a smooth and grooved double chrome plated 15mm stainless steel plate with a satin finish. The grill plate is set into the watertight recess, and thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue is left behind after cleaning. It also has a 1,5 litre drip tray and a splashguard to prevent oil splashes. To adjust the temperature, use the safety thermostat for temperatures between 50 and 300ĀŗC. The griddle also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made from stainless steel

This professional griddle is made from heavy duty components. The stainless steel casing makes cleaning an easy job. Clean this durable construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Caked-on bits are easier to clean by heating the grill to 70ĀŗC and wiping it down. It is recommended that you wear gloves.
