This heavy duty Bratt pan with a capacity of 50 litres is suitable for use in professional kitchens. This gas Bratt pan allows you to prepare the tastiest dishes in large quantities. The pan is easy to tilt. The tilting tray allows you to drain the whole pan in one go. Thanks to the crank on the front of the Bratt pan, you can lift the pan until it is vertical so it can be emptied completely. In addition, the 8mm thick bottom is made from stainless steel for corrosion resistance. This thick bottom also ensures that the heat is distributed evenly.

Provided with thermal insulation

Working safely in the catering industry is essential. This Bratt pan is equipped with a safety system that switches off the gas and the heating when the lid is open. The safety thermostat prevents the roaster from overheating. The temperature can be set between 50 and 300ĀŗC. To limit heat radiation and keep energy consumption down, the Bratt pan is fitted with thermal insulation. The water in the pan can be topped up manually.

Easy to clean
