The mixing bowl is removable, making cleaning even easier.
A practical timer allows you to leave the dough mixer to do its job. The unit also features a safety switch that automatically turns off the machine if the motor overheats. Additionally, the mixer is equipped with a safety guard that covers the mixing bowl; the mixer will not start unless the guard is fully closed. Sturdy rubber feet ensure the machine stays in place during use, while a high-quality chain drive ensures a long service life.
The mixing bowl has a 30-liter capacity and, like the dough hook, rotates on its own axis, making it ideal for kneading dough for bread or pizza.
