With a capacity of 45L, this electric deep fryer is big enough for 5,2kg of fries or even large portions of snacks. It's ideal for every catering establishment that requires a large capacity for fried foods.

Safe and easy-to-use deep fryer

The deep fryer works on a three-phase current (400V) and comes with overload protection. Because of the included cold zone at the bottom of the fryer, you can continue to reuse frying oil over and over, without it changing the taste of the fried foods. The heating element is placed a few centimetres above the bottom of the reservoir and, because the oil does not get as hot underneath the heating element, crumbs burn less quickly. This way, the oil stays cleaner for longer and you do not have to change it as often. The fryer also has a thermostat which allows you to set temperatures between 50 and 200Ā°C. Thanks to the convenient timer, you can fry all your snacks at the perfect time without worrying about burning anything. In addition, the fryer has a removable lid to prevent oil from splashing. The handles are heat resistant and you can attach the supplied shelf on the side to catch any frying residue.

Practical base and convenient drain tap

This fryer comes with a very practical stainless steel trolley. With this, you have the perfect working height and easy access to the basket. Underneath the fryer is a large space to enter the drain tap, which is attached to the base so that you can easily change the oil when needed.

Easy to clean

The entire deep fryer is made from stainless steel so it is easy to clean. The removable parts can be cleaned with a brush and warm, soapy water. Then dry everything with a soft cloth. Thanks to its smooth surface, the stainless steel housing can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
