The counter freezer also features an automatic defrosting process for your convenience. There is also a foamed-in evaporator on three sides and the refrigerant used for this freezer is R290, which is free from CFC. The maximum ambient temperature for this professional freezer is 32ĀŗC. The compact protective insulation in the freezer is 6cm.

Easy to clean

Both the interior and exterior are made from stainless steel, which makes cleaning an easy job. This also helps to keep the countertop a hygienic workspace.
