Indirect heating system

This boiling pan works on gas and has throttle valves that are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The double wall on the inside is filled with water and the heat source is located directly under the boiler. As a result, it has an indirect heating system. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels so that dishes do not burn quickly. Easy to use
