Each brewing group has a capacity of 2 liters, and a single brewing cycle takes about five minutes. Place a paper filter and 118–133 grams of ground coffee into each brew basket, fill both water reservoirs with cold water, and place an empty thermal carafe under each basket. Both groups can be operated simultaneously to brew up to 4 liters of coffee in about five minutes. An indicator light shows when the brewing process is underway. If the water tank is accidentally overfilled, an overflow pipe directs excess water onto the countertop.
With two brewing groups and two insulated carafes, you can brew more coffee during peak periods. Each carafe collects coffee directly from its brew basket and helps retain heat after brewing, eliminating the need for warming plates. Removable jugs offer flexible serving options: take them directly to a buffet, meeting room, or other serving area.

After use, clean both coffee funnels and insulated jugs with warm water and a mild detergent. Wipe the housing with a soft, damp cloth. The machine also requires regular descaling to remove limescale buildup from the water system. The frequency of descaling depends on water hardness and the intensity of the professional filter coffee machine's use.
